DESCRIPTION:The “Future of Healthcare in Greece”\, the biggest annual Conference on healthcare policy in Greece. \nDuring this high-level event\, world-class international speakers\, government and industry representatives\, engage in panel discussions\, present latest European studies that provide thorough assessment of the present status and present international best practices and policies. \nGiven the special circumstances that emerged during the pandemic\, we have decided to hold this year’s conference virtually\, with an Agenda that reflects the challenges arisen since the pandemic. \nThe 2020 ‘Future of Healthcare in Greece’ Conference will look at health policy not solely from a national but from a European perspective and at the challenges facing healthcare today especially in light of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Health is increasingly understood worldwide as a product of complex\, dynamic relationships among different types of determinants. Any health system alone does not have the tools to solve all health challenges. Therefore\, political leadership in health sector should have the power to reform its way of strategic planning\, policy making and implementing\, with new approaches at the global\, regional\, national and local levels. Aiming at promoting European collaboration towards better health for all Europeans\, the conference will focus on “The power to make the difference”. \n
