Clinical governance is the framework through which health organizations ensure that the services they provide are safe, effective, evidence-based and oriented toward continuous improvement. In an environment of increasing demands for quality, accountability and transparency, the development of standardized processes and governance mechanisms is a fundamental prerequisite for the sustainable operation of health services.<\/p>

The Euro-Mediterranean Institute for Quality and Safety in Health Services supports health organizations in designing and implementing integrated clinical governance systems that enable effective management of operations, evidence-informed decision-making and the development of a culture of quality and safety.<\/p>

Our approach is based on mapping and redesigning existing processes, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), integrating monitoring indicators and creating mechanisms for control, feedback and continuous improvement. At the same time, we support organizations in preparing for compliance with international standards and certification or accreditation procedures.<\/p>

The standardization of clinical governance processes contributes to the creation of an organization that operates with clear roles, documented procedures and measurable outcomes. It enhances patient safety, reduces operational complexity, improves transparency and supports decision-making at all levels of management.<\/p>

It also creates the conditions for the effective implementation of quality systems in accordance with international standards such as ISO 9001:2015, EN 15224:2016, ISO 7101:2023 and international accreditation standards for health services, contributing to international recognition and long-term organizational sustainability.<\/p>
