Our objective is to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and information systems, while supporting the effective and secure delivery of our educational, scientific, consulting and collaborative activities.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>The Institute adopts a systematic approach to information security, aligned with internationally recognized principles and the requirements of ISO\/IEC 27001, as well as applicable European and national legislation concerning information and personal data protection.<\/span><\/p><h2><span>Our Commitment<\/span><\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>EIQSH is committed to:<\/span><\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><span>protecting information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse or destruction;<\/span><\/li><li><span>ensuring that access to information and information systems is granted only to authorized individuals and according to their responsibilities;<\/span><\/li><li><span>identifying, assessing and appropriately managing information security risks;<\/span><\/li><li><span>protecting personal and sensitive information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);<\/span><\/li><li><span>maintaining appropriate organizational and technical measures for the secure management of information;<\/span><\/li><li><span>promoting awareness and responsibility among employees, associates and other parties who may have access to the Institute\u2019s information resources;<\/span><\/li><li><span>taking appropriate measures for the prevention, identification, reporting and management of information security incidents;<\/span><\/li><li><span>considering information security requirements when selecting and collaborating with external service providers and partners;<\/span><\/li><li><span>supporting the continuity and resilience of critical information and services;<\/span><\/li><li><span>regularly reviewing and improving information security policies, procedures and controls in response to emerging risks, technological developments and organizational needs.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span>Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>Information security is a shared responsibility.
