Global Patient Safety Network, is actively participating in the World Health Organization\u2019s global initiatives for <strong>World Patient Safety Day 2025<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">With this year\u2019s theme \u201cPatient Safety from the Start!\u201d, the Institute joins its voice with the WHO to highlight the importance of safe care from the very first steps of life.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In this context, it has prepared this informational bulletin, available\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/eiqsh.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/EIQSH-WPSD-2025.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/span>.<\/a><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Through this initiative, the Euro-Mediterranean Institute actively contributes to spreading knowledge,
