Patient Safety Day (WPSD), this year is <b>&#8216;Improving Diagnosis for Patient Safety&#8217;<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">With the slogan &#8220;<b>Get it right, Make it safel<\/b>&#8220;, WHO calls for concerted efforts to reduce diagnostic errors through multidimensional interventions based on systems thinking, human factors, and the active involvement of patients, families, health professionals, and health leaders.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Euro-Mediterranean Institute for Quality and Safety in Health Services, as a member of the Global Patient Safety Network, participates in the initiatives of the World Health Organization to celebrate World Patient Safety Day.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color:
