data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The <strong>EuroMediterranean Institute of Quality and Safety in Healthcare Services<\/strong> is delighted and honoured to announce the signing of a <strong>Memorandum of Cooperation with the University of Thessaly<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The Memorandum of Cooperation constitutes a continuation of the excellent collaboration between the EuroMediterranean Institute and the <strong>Intelligent Systems Laboratory of the University of Thessaly<\/strong>, within the framework of the development of the <strong>&#8220;Proposal Report for Institutional and Regulatory Changes for the National Telemedicine Network&#8221;<\/strong> and the development of the deliverable <strong>&#8220;Standard Framework and Specifications for the Development of Telemedicine Protocols in Greece&#8221;<\/strong>, under the scientific supervision of <strong>Dr Charalampos Karanikas<\/strong>.<\/p><p>At the same time, the Institute maintains a close scientific collaboration with the <strong>Laboratory of Education and Research in Trauma Care and Patient Safety<\/strong> of <strong>Dr Maria Malliarou<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The two organizations agree to implement a broad range of initiatives, including:<\/p><ul><li><p>The promotion, support, and implementation of programmes aimed at the development and provision of high-quality healthcare services.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The joint development and implementation of research and educational activities, both theoretical and practical in nature, with emphasis on continuing education and certified specialization.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The transfer of expertise to the market through pilot, consulting, and support programmes.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Collaboration in the management and implementation of national, European, and internationally funded projects.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The creation of incentives for students\u2019 participation in research activities and the development of pathways for professional career advancement.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The development of collaborations with public and private sector organizations for technical support, evaluation, training, and participation in research projects.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The attraction of resources for the creation and strengthening of infrastructures, addressing the educational and knowledge needs of the Institute and its students.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The co-organization of conferences, scientific events, lectures, and seminars at national and international level.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The utilization of shared digital communication channels and social media platforms for promoting the activities and work of both organizations.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The development of additional initiatives of mutual interest, according
