Since 2021 she is an Advisor to the Regional Office of the World Health Organization Europe for the Quality and Safety of Health Services and an Expert of Expertise France for the technical support in the project of the reconstruction of Public Health in Greece.<\/p><p><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">Ms. Katsapi has been collaborating for the last two years with the Health Quality Assurance Organization, of the Greek Ministry of Health, and directs the Euro-Mediterranean Institute for Quality and Safety of Health Services, Avedis Donabedian. She has 12 years of experience as a chief inspector and health services consultant in countries such as Turkey, Brazil, Germany, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Ukraine, Albania, Iran, Dubai, Philippines, China, Cyprus and Greece.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">Between 2014 and 2019 she was the Head of Accreditation of the Swiss Certification Body Swiss Approval International. For 3 years she was also the Managing Director of SWISS APPROVAL in Greece. Between 2002 and 2012, she served in the Regional Health System of Central Greece and was the Director of Planning and Development Activities of the Anonymous Company of Health Units of the Ministry of Health.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">She graduated from the Nursing School of the National University of Athens. She is awarded the MSc in &#8220;Health Informatics &#8211; Health Services Management&#8221; and she is an Accredited Assessor and Trainer of Assessors (EN 15224, ISO 37001, ISO 9001:2015).
