<strong>Euro-Mediterranean Institute for Quality and Safety in Health Services (EIQSH), Avedis Donabedian<\/strong> is conducting a short <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">survey<\/span><\/strong> to gather opinions and experiences regarding the <strong>safety<\/strong> of <strong>care<\/strong> for <strong>people<\/strong> living with services evaluated?<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\ud83d\udd39 To what extent do patients participate in their care and in decision-making?<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\ud83d\udd39 How are patient experiences and safety data used to improve services?<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\ud83d\udce2 Your experience and opinion matter.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This survey is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">intended<\/span>
