Mr. Ioannis Moisoglou<\/strong> is a Registered Nurse, Deputy Head of the Pulmonary Clinic of the General Hospital of Lamia. His work experience includes 12 years in the Dialysis Unit and 4 years in the Independent Department of Quality Control, Research and Continuing Education of Lamia Hospital. Also, before moving to the Pulmonary Clinic, he worked as Head of the COVID-19 Department of the Hospital. He holds a Master’s degree in Health Services Management from the National School of Public Health, where he also received a specialization in Nursing Services Management. In his doctoral thesis, which he prepared at the Department of Nursing of the University of Peloponnese, he investigated the relationship between nursing staff and the quality of care provided. He is also certified by CQI – IRCA as Lead Auditor of Quality Management Systems for the ISO 9001: 2015 standard. During his tenure in the Independent Department of Quality Control, Research and Continuing Education, he contributed to the certification according to ISO 9001: 2015 of the Blood Bank and Pharmacy departments, he wrote procedures and regulations within the best organization and operation of hospital services. At the same time, it promoted the continuing education of all staff through in-hospital training programs and collaborations with external bodies (EKDDA, Universities). His scientific work includes publications in international and Greek journals regarding the quality of care provided, the work environment and the management of human resources in health services.
