Optimal universal health care is more than just providing prevention services. Includes access to specialized and quality health services, emergency care and surgery services. Patient safety and improved health outcomes require interdisciplinary collaboration, culture change, and the integration of systematic care approaches into the health system.<\/p><p>Patient safety is inextricably linked to the well-being of medical staff in healthcare.
