This international standard pertains to the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of a Quality Management System. The benefits encompass enhancing the quality and effectiveness of ESRA&#8217;s services, strengthening management and transparency through the implementation of quality systems, as well as bolstering ESRA&#8217;s professional credibility through internationally recognized standards.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Within this framework, the Euro-Mediterranean Institute will offer services including analysis of the current situation, development of governance frameworks, establishment of quality assurance systems, personnel training, and internal auditing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The inaugural Kick-off meeting was held online on February 2, 2024. The meeting was attended by the Euro-Mediterranean Institute team and representatives from ESRA, including President Ms. Moka and Administrative Manager Ms.
