The Euro-Mediterranean Institute for Quality and Safety in Health Services, Avedis Donabedian is pleased to announce its collaboration with the Society for the Promotion of Healthcare Quality in Cyprus. The two organizations agree on a cooperation framework that includes:
- The joint development, promotion, (co)organization and implementation of research and educational activities of theoretical and practical content for the scientific fields related to the relevant objects of the two organizations with the aim of continuing certified education and specialization.
- The certified participation of health professionals of Cyprus in the training programs of the Euro-Mediterranean Institute and the transfer of know-how in the subjects of Quality, Health, Patient Safety and Clinical Governance as well as
- The training of professionals through pilot-consulting-supporting programs.
The Association for the Promotion of the Quality of Health in Cyprus aims to (i) contribute to the improvement of the Quality and operation of the country’s health system, (ii) promote the culture to maximize the Safety of users of health services, (iii) the promotion and promotion of research and study of primary, secondary and tertiary care health issues and the information and education of health professionals and citizens regarding the above issues, (iv) cooperation with corresponding national local and international companies for the exchange of information, know-how and technology for the purpose of research and finding know-how and technology aimed at optimizing health efficiency, (v) the promotion and promotion of cooperation, solidarity and tightening of ties and relations with other relevant bodies, which embrace and act in relation to all or anywhere from the purposes of the company.
The first round of educational programs in Cyprus will be announced immediately.
