The Institute provides specialized clinical audit services based on predefined clinical pathways and international guidelines. This intervention helps health organizations identify deviations from best practices, improve documentation and strengthen compliance with care standards.

Clinical documentation audit does not aim at “supervision,” but at enhancing scientific accuracy and alignment with evidence‑based clinical standards, with the goal of:

• Ensuring consistency between the care provided and its documentation.
• Detecting functional or organizational weaknesses in the recording process.
• Strengthening quality and transparency for other professionals, management or external bodies (certification, legal documentation, evaluation).

The intervention supports organizations in developing their own internal structures and adequately trained professionals to conduct both systematic case reviews by clinical category and targeted audits of specific clinical pathways (e.g., perioperative care, oncology protocols, chronic disease management), including relevant data collection.
