- Training & raising awareness of staff on both possible infectious agents in the hotel environment and on the implementation of the relevant health protocol with preventive measures against the new coronavirus responsible for the pandemic of COVID-19 disease.

- The knowledge acquisition regarding the Prevention knowledge of potential risks and the implementation of Protection Measures for customers with special needs and sensitivities
