Mr. Aris D. Yfantis BSc, PgCE, MSc, PhD(c),  received his B.Sc. degree in Nursing in 2003 from the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Lamia, Greece. In July 2005, he graduated his M.Sc. degree in Advanced Professional Development in Clinical and Health Science from the University Of Portsmouth, United Kingdom.  In June 2010 he received (Postgraduate Certification in Education PgCE) his pedagogical competence in School Of Pedagogical and Technological Education, ASPETE, General Department of Education, 1-Year Pedagogical Training Programme (EPPAIK), Annex Volos. From 14/02/06 until 14/02/07 he served in the Greek Army Specialist: Nurse at Kos & Larissa military hospital, from 1/7/2008 until 31/10/2008 & from 1/6/2009 until 6/10/2009: Hellenic Tourism Development Co, Part-time Nurse. From June 2010 up today he has been working in General Hospital of Lamia, Greece. In November 2013 he graduated his specialization in mental health in the Department of Psychiatry of Athens University which housed in Eginition Hospital.

Now he is PhD candidate in Faculty of Medicine, of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2014- expected). He was also Laboratory collaborator in Nursing Dept., Lamia Institute of Technology (from 2007 to 2014 and 2017 to 2018) and Instructor of the course “Nursing Theory” at the Institute of Vocational Training at the Nursing Traumatology Department during academic years 2009-10 as well as clinical educator during academic year 2008-2009 & 2010-2011A & 2017-2018. 

He is author and co-author on 23 journals, conference papers and has take part on 31 oral and poster presentations in Pan-Hellenic and European congress. Finally he is BLS/AED Full Instructor from European Resuscitation Council, has Certified for Educational Attainment Trainers of non-formal education from the National Organisation for the certification of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP) and from National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDA) as well.
