International Networks and Partnerships
The Institute actively participates in international networks and initiatives that promote quality, patient safety, public health and innovation in health services.
Participation in international networks enables continuous exchange of knowledge and experience with organizations, scientists and health professionals from around the world, while also strengthening the ability to contribute to the development of policies and best practices at national and international level.
The Euro‑Mediterranean Institute for Quality and Safety in Health Services has been selected to participate in the European Public Health Innovation Platform (Public Health Innovation Platform) of the WHO Regional Office for Europe (WHO/Europe), specifically in the thematic area “Equity & Access”.
At the same time, since 2021 it has been participating in the Global Patient Safety Network (GPSN) of the World Health Organization (WHO), an international collaboration network established to promote patient safety and support the implementation of the Global Patient Safety Action Plan 2021–2030.
