The Registry of Certified Trainees in Patient Safety Systems and Adverse Event Management in Health Services includes healthcare professionals and executives of healthcare organizations who have successfully completed the corresponding training program offered by the Institute and have passed the required certification exams testing their knowledge and skills.
Enrollment in the Registry confirms that the holder possesses documented knowledge of patient safety principles, systems for reporting and managing adverse events, incident management methodologies and root cause analysis (Root Cause Analysis), as well as mechanisms for fostering a culture of safety in healthcare organizations. The certification is valid for two (2) years, ensuring that those registered in the Registry maintain up-to-date knowledge in line with developments in the scientific and institutional framework.
