Mr. Ioannis Moisoglou is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nursing at the University of Thessaly, specializing in Mental Health and Nursing Care. He holds a Master’s degree in Health Services Management and a PhD focused on nurse staffing and quality of care. He is also conducting postdoctoral research at the Department of Nursing of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens on emergency nurses’ recognition of human trafficking victims.

He has 26 years of clinical experience and expertise in quality management. He is a certified ISO 9001:2015 auditor and has participated in national and European projects. His research interests include mental health, human resource management, health services organization, quality, and patient safety.
