The Euro-Mediterranean Institute for Quality and Safety in Healthcare Services is pleased to announce the commencement of a new project in collaboration with the European Society of Regional Anaesthesia & Pain Therapy (ESRA).
The Euro-Mediterranean Institute for Quality and Safety in Healthcare Services will provide consulting services, focusing on aligning ESRA’s systems and processes according to the standards of ISO 9001:2015. This international standard pertains to the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of a Quality Management System. The benefits encompass enhancing the quality and effectiveness of ESRA’s services, strengthening management and transparency through the implementation of quality systems, as well as bolstering ESRA’s professional credibility through internationally recognized standards.
Within this framework, the Euro-Mediterranean Institute will offer services including analysis of the current situation, development of governance frameworks, establishment of quality assurance systems, personnel training, and internal auditing.
The inaugural Kick-off meeting was held online on February 2, 2024. The meeting was attended by the Euro-Mediterranean Institute team and representatives from ESRA, including President Ms. Moka and Administrative Manager Ms. Christen.
